Ketamine/Auvelity Together? Terrifying Infusion After 1 Year of Success?

Have had ketamine infusions for more than a year. Extremely positive experiences for 99% of those. They were energizing, upbeat, enlightening, and gave me a sense of being "one with the universe."

Then the last one was terrifying. Not in the sense that it brought back old traumas or flashbacks or anything like that. Felt trapped in two worlds, with one foot in each. It was beyond the degree of disassociation I had experienced before. Same dose as previous infusions. As it was happening, I felt I might be in a coma, or might have had a stroke. (Neither, of course, was true.)

Separately, my primary care provider prescribed Auvelity, because it apparently works in a similar way to ketamine. Now, however, my ketamine provider will not provide infusions to patients on Auvelity.

Have any of you had out-of-the-blue bad ketamine experiences after long-term treatments that were previously successful? Any consensus on whether ketamine and Auvelity can safely be taken together?
