Trying to make an eletric plane that can sustain a full day and night cycle.

Should i try to make the wings larger in width? I want to be able to cruise in speeds around 50m/s using the least amount of energy from the motors to make the plane level. I also plan to make the entire fuselage be made of the ring battery for more autonomy but my plane gets very woobly.
Any suggestions?
