Mass communication graduate opportunities?

I graduated last year July .I have been job hunting since then and until now I have not been lucky, I am loosing hope in this field, please advise me on what to do, or if there's any job opportunities,kindly share. I will also appreciate advice from the gurus in this field on what to do and how to grow my career.

I'm desperate, everyone keeps claiming I'm not doing my best I'm just idling but I've sent applications since before I graduated. I managed to secure a few interviews but ended up not getting offers. Kindly help
