Why rusting is appearing on these few spots while everything else is clean? (6 months old bike)

So I noticed that bolts holding the radiators are showing too much rusting. Chain has some rust over it as well. Rest of the metal screws and bolts are spotless. I am not sure what's the issue. Bike is parked indoor and hasn't seen much water honestly.

Why this issue and what can I do to fix it?
