Why is Naafiri jungle bad?

Many people say that Naafiri is really bad played jungle (probably her worst winrate I think). But why though?

I mean I know some champions are better than others by kit in the jungle, but what makes her not viable in her kit? Compared to Sylas, whose kit has relatively higher cooldowns early, naafiri should be generally a better pick, no?
