Ya'll be ignoring the inhumane, terrifying concept of Yujo's situation too much.
I get it, Yujo's performance in the last chapter left a lot to be desired but you gotta understand that he is in a completely different body, trying to use an insanely complicated technique that is Limitless. It's like playing on a controller your whole life and suddenly picking up an arcade stick and expecting results immidiately. But what ticks me off the most is people bitching and complaining about Yuta's sacrifice and willing to become "the monster".
Yuta literally became a complete abomination for the sake of beating Sukuna. He completely left his humanity behind and used another person's technique to become and take over his own teacher's body. Just carved out his brain and put it in another man's cold, dead body.
Like this is straight out of "Get Out" levels of horror.
Hell, even the characters themselves were discussing this just a couple chapters ago. Yuta was literally saying how if no one wants to do such a terrible thing then he will do it himself and become that monster. They just wanted to leave it all to Gojo without much care on him but Yuta stepped up to do whatever it takes.
Yuta and most of the people around right now ARE LITERAL TEENAGERS, ya'll are underestimating the sacrifice and willpower that was required for such a decision.
