Avoid Mochi Health! Unprofessionalism and Terrible Customer Service

I’m incredibly floored and upset with Mochi. Because of their unprofessionalism, I’m now going to miss my scheduled injection date. Here’s what happened:

They charged my card for my second refill but didn’t bother to inform me that the medication was unavailable. I waited for days with no updates and no responses to my messages. I had to call them myself, and their response was basically, “Oh well, we’re very busy.”

When I asked to be transferred to the pharmacy department, I was told, “They’re not responding, call back at another time.” Seriously? This level of disregard is unacceptable.

I’ve decided to cancel my account with Mochi and will be disputing the charge with my credit card company since the medication was never processed or sent. I’ll also be warning everyone I know to avoid this company.

Has anyone else experienced something similar with Mochi? I can’t be the only one.
