Canisters? Shipping is delayed and worried about meds keeping cold

My first shipment of tirzepatide was supposed to arrive today. Due to weather it has been delayed at least another day. Hopefully it will come by Monday the 13th the latest, but that will mean it will have been sitting in the canister (if it comes in one) since the 8th. Should I request a new shipment if it doesn’t come cold? What should I do?
