Prior Auth questions

Hi! If anyone has done Prior Authorizations- how long did it take to know if it was approved?

Also, has anyone had luck with Kaiser insurance? My medication said it’s covered by my insurance but Kaiser doesn’t want to go that route. (Even if I’ve tried other medications and it’s covered) 🙄
