First Japan trip, flights just booked! Which route would you take?

Flying into and out of Tokyo Haneda airport. The below days are full-days. I'm basically just asking if we should start our trip with getting to Haneda and immediately going to Osaka and doing Osaka > Kyoto > Tokyo > Disney or if I should stay in Tokyo after getting to Haneda for Tokyo > Disney > Kyoto > Osaka?
