Way too annoyed about a S2 inconsistency than I should be ...

When Reacher takes the gun from the drug dealer he never fires it until he's actively shooting people, but in S1 he states 'Never trust a weapon you haven't personally fired'.

It's annoying me far too much than it really should :)
