Remakes and Save Anywhere feature

Got Tales of Graces f Remastered and was bummed to find it doesn't have save anywhere. It's probably the biggest QoL upgrade for me so I was disappointed it wasn't included. To the game's credit, they did include a lot of other goodies.

Is save anywhere a hard feature to add or something? I don't even care if they leave the original save points, I'd just like save anywhere. Anyone else like to see this feature in future remakes and new games?
