Can i transfer vita3k save file of persona 4 golden to pc version of the game?

I just got a pc and i wanna play persona4 in the big screen but i have 41hour worth of save files on my phone which i use to play but now i wanna play in pc you know for better viewing and optimization and all so can i continue from where i left off?
