Tropical storm Sara?

Was planning to head out for a week's visit to Isla Mujeres on Saturday. It looks like Tropical Storm Sara will skirt the island, but they are forecasting thunderstorms all day for much of the week, with winds and storm surge possible in the Cancun/Isla Mujeres region. What do you experienced travelers think -- should I reschedule?
