Smart Key and Free EA charging not working with my NEW '24 I6 AWD SEL

So, picked up the car last month. It's been 5 weeks. Blue link has sent me 12 Welcome emails with...... 12 sets of 8 digit keys for the smart key. LOL. None of the keys work. We tried an IOS phone, an Android phone, all latest updates to the Infotainment etc.

EA shows my totally VALID vin as INVALID for the free program. So, As an apartment dweller in NYC I've been paying .59cents kwh to charge the car.

Otherwise the car is awesome.

Hyundai has given up on getting the smart key to work, and let me know they will not change the car or buy it back for this problem. I just lose the feature. As for EA, they 'escalated' the issue 3 weeks ago. Seem that my car is not in their database. So they can't do anything about it.

Hyundai came up with a plan to pay me back via Zelle per charge at EA chargers. I haven't tried to see how that works yet. But this adds a huge time commitment to send each invoice etc.

IT SUCKS. Just had to vent. I came out of a Genesis G70 AWD 2022. I miss it more than I thought.
