What 2022/2023 trim level do we need to get these options/features?

Hey all. Wife and I are looking at used i5's. Located in Canada. Have seen a few now, but we are seeing options we like in some of them (but none of those vehicles ended up being "the one" for one reason or another), but the dealers seem to have no idea what combination of trim level we need in the used market to be looking for to get the following options:

- The blind spot assist display on the dash during lane change or turning.

- Power rear hatch

- Power drivers seat.

- Cooled/ventillated seats option. (Not the end of the world if not equipped, but would be nice)

- Leather seats. (Not the end of the world if not equipped, but would be nice, yes we know it's not real leather)

Some info I'm finding online indicates that we need the "Ultimate" option to get some or all of these features, but other info I'm finding online says some of these features could be ordered as options on the "Preferred" or other trim levels.
