Don't stress too much about it

Hey y'all! I just wanted to quickly share my experience about the aligners' wearing time (supposedly shouldn't be less than 22 hours a day).

I was so careful at the beginning but still found it hard to keep them off for only 2 hours throughout the day. So I was doing like maybe 20 hours? All my scans were always good though. As the treatment goes by I am wearing them even less because I'm becoming less careful. Last week I had a wedding and didn't wear them for about 6 hours. Yet all my scans are always getting the green light! 🤞🏽

I am sure every case is different but maybe this will help someone feel less stresses about not wearing them for a little longer in certain circumstances.

Maybe you all can share your experience? I'm curious!
