Dental Monitoring on Google Pixel 8 Pro

Hey guys,

This goes for those using Dental Monitoring. Any of you have a Google Pixel? How did you all solve the problem of the ScanBox not covering the whole camera + flash area?

I just changed my phone 32 weeks into the treatment. I was gonna send my weekly scan today until I noticed the issue. I wrote my dentist and all she told me was "when we started the treatment your device was the 'correct one'", "it's not our problem you changed your phone". Wtf? and recommended that I use the previous one. The thing is that one is broken. I am really pissed at my clinic for not even trying to help me find an alternative or solution for this. I was never told this could happen... Not sending scans means not being able to move forward...

I want to go there tomorrow in person to try complain. Am I being too much? I just feel really upset. I've spent so much money in this clinic, not only on this treatment, and now all I get is a "it's your problem". So rude!! I read on some other post there is actually another device I could use and I told it to her as well, but all she said was "I can't order that only for you". I am honestly raging!

Any advices from Google pixel users or any advice in general? thanks guys!!!
