The ageism in the influencer community is really shocking.

I came across this video from this influencer with almost 67k followers. She goes on to say the 20s are the most important years of a person’s life and she makes a statement that could be a quote from the book “most significant events of a person’s life happen by the time they are 35” this absolutely such a harmful thought and to actually say that publicly is so wrong. She doesn’t take into account people who are neurodivergent, disabled, people who are trying to get out of poverty etc. making such disturbing statements in video that’s made to look kinda quirky and casual doesn’t sit well with me at all. Influencers need to stop with this idea that a person’s life ends at 30. I just don’t understand how someone can think like that in this generation and this economy!
