Stonecrop Possible Pest ID?

I just found these little black specks on my stringy stonecrop. I'm not sure if they're a pest or not, they slightly stick to the leaves, appeared within the last week or 2 I believe, and feel kinda like chia seeds. I don't see any webs, legs, or dust so I'm kind of at a loss to what they are
