Pls pls provide insights : blackheads & open pores

hi, there are suddenly black heads and open pores (due to removal of black heads) + increased acne on my cheek area. 1. i recently started using nuetrogena ultra sheer sunscreen. it leaves my skin greasy. but my skin always used to look dewy after skincare. so in confused if this was after effect of using neutrogena 2. i shave my face weekly/biweekly 3. my skin care is : garnier miscellar water > cleanse > vit c/snail mucin > moisture > sunscreen

any insights/suggestion would be so helpful!!
