Are there any problems here?

Guys I just got my dog's blood report back. He seems fine and eating well and playful. He was sleeping and was not doing any mischiefs yesterday so we took him to the vet and got his blood work done. We just got the results back and the doctor is not available rn at night so will you guys help me out and tell if something is wrong here?
