Why is Mohan Bagan SG so good?

What title says. Why is MBSG been so consistently good for last 3 seasons? This year they are miles better than everyone else in the league. Which peaks my curiosity about what other clubs are doing wrong. Is this just a golden run for them? Or is there something systematic reason?
