Job Summary: The Front Desk Receptionist cum Calling Executive will be the first point of contact for customers and visitors at Allev Services. This role involves managing the front desk, handling incoming calls, scheduling appointments, and providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: 1. Front Desk Management: - Greet and welcome customers and visitors with a positive and friendly attitude. - Manage the front desk area, ensuring it is clean and organized. - Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information about services offered. 2. Call Handling: - Answer and direct incoming calls promptly and professionally. - Schedule and confirm customer appointments. - Follow up with customers regarding their service appointments and feedback. 3. Customer Service: - Assist customers with their queries and concerns, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. - Address and resolve customer complaints in a timely and efficient manner. - Maintain a customer service log to track and follow up on customer issues. 4. Administrative Support: - Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and managing correspondence. - Assist with invoicing and payment processing. - Maintain and update customer records in the service management system. 5. Coordination: - Coordinate with service technicians and other staff to ensure smooth operations. - Communicate effectively with team members to relay important information and updates. - Assist in organizing and coordinating events or promotions as needed. Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration or customer service are a plus. - Proven experience as a receptionist, front desk representative, or similar role. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software. - Ability to multitask and manage time effectively. - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. - Friendly and professional demeanor.
