Moving to Quebec during my PR process

Hi everyone,

Me and my husband are looking for a new apartment. We live in ottawa and we notice that if we move to Gatineau (which is just across the bridge) the rent is much cheaper. The problem is that we are still waiting for the final decision on our PR application (we already got the background check finalized), and now we just need the approval. The problem is that Quebec is not on the EE program, and we are not sure if we can make the move before we have our process finalized. Are we allowed to move to Gatineau anyways before the approval?
