Egg retrieval

Depending on my second ultrasound results, I may do my first ER next week. I need guidance on what to expect. My clinic is so bad at explaining or educating on any of the IVF steps. To further complicate things I am busy with meetings at work most mornings next week and I do not want to tell anyone I am doing IVF (as my boss is a bit of an a**)

My questions: 1. What was the length of your appointment including any preparation? 2. Did you have to rest afterwards? For how long? 3. Any tips on making the whole experience better? 4. What time / hour was your appointment ?
