IVF

Hi everyone, me(Female 24) and my partner (male 25) were referred in November for ivf we have had an appointment come through for January I believe this is the first appointment I know this doesn't mean we are starting ivf next month or anytime soon but just wondering if anyone knows what to expect at this first appointment? We don't need to redo test as we've had them all done within the last 6 months and just wondering how long after the first appointment does it all start? Also this is through NHS and NHS funding as I know a lot of things are different between on NHS and private
