Bleeding before FET

My FET is supposed to be next week on 12/18. I had my lining check yesterday and everything looked perfect. I had some pink spotting afterwards but my clinic said it was normal and not to worry. It went away by this morning but a couple hours ago I noticed bright red blood when I wiped. It so far hasn’t stopped and I’m terrified this is a “period” and my transfer will be cancelled again. I am taking estradiol (2 2mg pills twice a day and the estradiol patch every M,W,F) I am just so nervous. My clinic doesn’t have an after hours or emergency number so I have to wait until they open at 9:30 am tomorrow. Has anyone experienced this and have their transfer still happen?
