WTF is Conjuration?

Okay, so Conjuration seems weird to me. Though, this is mainly from interpretation from people of this Reddit… People seem to think abilities of Conjured items/entities is just Conjuration. Is this true? ‘Cause that’s weird…

For example, Shizuku’s vacuum, Blinky, can suck stuff up and transport it somewhere… Now, you can make the case that the transportation is Conjuring a separate space. Since I don’t know, I’ll leave that alone. But what about the sucking stuff up? More specifically, it sucks only things targeted. This seems like either an Emission or Manipulation ability.

So, is Shizuku using another category(ies), or can Conjuration just do whatever? Can Conjuration just make abilities?
