Why the hate for Mockingjay?

Im specifically talking about the movies here, I plan to read the books once I finish reading what I'm reading currently. I just finished watching part one, and I though it was great, but I hear a lot of people saying it was the worst movie. Is it because it's a bad adaptation, do people just not like the politics instead of the action? Or is it something I just missed?
