Practical Nursing Vaccinations

Hi, I'm an international student going into Practical Nursing - Fall 2025.

I saw on the website about the vaccinations (MMR/Varicella/Tuberculosis/Tetanus/Influenza/Hepatitis B) needed for the program as well as the bloodwork and I've long since lost my vaccination book so I'm not sure which vaccines I need or not. I'm most concerned about the Hepatitis B vaccine since it'll take a while to get the full 3 doses.

Anyone know how to verify if I'm immune to those? I know the TB one is yearly but for the rest I'm unsure. What documents do I need to get to prove I'm immune? Do I need a doctor's signature for it because I'm not sure if they'll sign something idk.

Will the Practical Nursing Humber Program also talk about the vaccine requirements? Thanks in advance.
