New player question about Vlad

I'm pretty new to ZZZ, I began playing towards the end of Miyabis banner, I pulled her to M1W1, I've got like 30 pity ATM. No other characters have really appealed untiillll I saw the leaked clips of Hugo Vlad. I gotta get the guy for the steez alone. But is this a bad idea due to having Miyabi as an Ice DPS already? If I had a second team with Vlad would it be viable still?
