Vendor accepted offer on the condition there are no renegotiations
Hi, I have had my offer accepted on a property on the basis that there will be no negotiation further down the line due to a previous purchaser messing them about and pulling out due to their financial situation.
For context the property sold for 225k at the end of last year, and my offer has been accepted at 217k. There is no chain (vendor moving in with family). The property is modern and is well looked after and I am happy with the offer price on the basis that I would be dropping out regardless if the survey showed anything major.
Is this anything to be concerned about?
Thank you 🙂
