What are some of the most ethical/moral dilemmas in the show?

It's been a while since I've seen the show but I've been watching a lot of clips on YouTube, and it got me thinking about moral dilemmas where there is no clear cut answer, morally speaking what is right and wrong.

The two that come to mind are house helping coma guy kill himself, but even better is the one where Chase essentially kills the dictator by swapping labs. What are some of the most interesting dilemmas in the show?
