Could the Identity of Nanook be...?
When I was playing SU I came across this line of text where Ruan Mei and Herta comment there shouldn't be Destruction during the Era of Propagation, the path should still exist but no Aeon to govern it as Nanook is the youngest Aeon.
But somehow our mental state altered this only really happened in previous SU where an Aeon was close or around us, The best example was when we encountered IX, and our mental state turned into Nihilism.
So why did our mental state just change? MC in his defining garbage gremlin traits has never been shown to be particularly hateful or spiteful towards existence and the last time we encountered Nanook we just got obliterated. But remember in the SU we are Akivili
This is during when Akivili was still alive, my current theory is that somehow or someway during Akivili's trailblazing he had a shift in his path and became Nanook the Author of Ruin. This line stood out to me The idea of trailblazing for the sake of destruction to be acceptable
Akivili is a known shapeshifter often traveling in a humanoid form, Nanook out of the rest of the Aeons is the most humanoid. It's a really out there theory without enough basis outside this segment maybe once I play and unlock more it'll have more basis. For now its more its my Headcanon.
