why won't it load???

I wanted to start playing this game after seeing some ads on tiktok but it has been 3 hours and it is still stuck on downloading game resources, it would download it, say its verifying game resources then download all over again and it takes 30 mins every time, i have already tried deleting it and redownloading it but the same thing keeps on happening, can someone please HELP MEEEEE!!!!
