Transmission Mount

Hey guys! My last inspection stated my transmission mount was torn. I’m looking to get that taken care of. The quote from Honda to do was $464. I’ve seen that the OEM mount is the way to go… Would it be more cost efficient for me to order the part before having it installed there? And is there anything else you all recommend to go ahead & replace/upgrade while this is being done? Belt and tensioner replacement was also on inspection. $505 Thanks in advance!
