Replace wall sheathing or not?

my house has been sitting for 5 years exposed to the elements (ny winters and summers) do to various reasons. I am ready to proceed and had 3 different siding contractors come look and all 3 said the plywood was still good. i feel uneasy that it has been exposed for so long. Any advice would be much appreciated. Ty. P.s disregard the green circle lol
