Does The Herta's BiS team changes after 3.1 Beta?

Now, I'm going under the assumption that Tribbie will be the BiS support for THErta teams going into 3.1. My question mostly goes for the 2nd Erudition character. Does Jade is still the BiS option for the team, or would Tribbie launching FuAs every ult made Serval much more appealing with her posibility to launch 1T ults every turn?
