Pregnant, Celiac and Hashimoto's, help!

Does anyone here have Celiac and Hashimoto's and successfully navigated it through pregnancy? I am currently 8 weeks pregnant and I am one of the more sensitive Celiacs that reacts to a lot of things that are supposed to be gluten free. My thyroid also doesn't work at all anymore so I need full replacement with Synthroid. When I get glutened I noticeably don't absorb my Synthroid for a few days or so depending how bad the glutening was. My levels were good ish before. Actually a little high and my dose had to be lowered last month so my absorption was obviously really good for a bit. Well late last week I got glutened TWICE by Heinz Ketchup, and now this week I can feel my levels are really low. I am super tired (beyond pregnancy tired) and abnormally low heart rate, feeling cold, etc. It's been this way for 5 days now and still not starting to recover, so must have been a pretty bad glutening. I am so worried that my baby's development is going to harmed by this, if I don't just miscarry, after reading all the studies about low T4 in first trimester. Figured this would be the best sub to post under since ultimately it's thyroid troubles causing the problem. Any advice or stories from your own experiences would be greatly appreciated. 🙏
