1970s funk track about "freak" ing?

The guys were talking about some weird old 1970s track about a guy where they couldn't figure out what the "freak" actually meant. Then they did play some of the song. Likely somewhere between ep 310-335 or so? I might be wrong on the main word. It is killing me to find it!
