Electrolysis for men’s back & shoulders?

Hi everyone. I am a Persian guy with back and shoulder hair. I have waxed them before and loved the look, but it was very painful and never permanent. I was looking into laser hair removal, but I have read it’s not FDA approved in the US as a hair removal method and there is risk of regrowth.

Has anyone any experience with electrolysis on the back and shoulders? Is it painful?

I live in Orange County, California if you can recommend anyone.
