Full Body MOT
Have any of you tried a full body MOT? I'm not concerned about MRI or CT scans but I'd like a more comprehensive set of tests done to my body than what a GP will do. I have no immediate concerns for things I can control (ie HBP). But if I'm deficient in a particular area and I can supplement myself through diet or other means, I'd like I know.
Additionally, everyone's body reacts to diets differently which can be impacted by numerous things such as ethnicity. What is considered healthy for one may need modifying for others. I would like to use some of the findings from the 'MOT' and then consult with other health experts like a nutritionist.
If any of you don't recommend an 'MOT', what do you do to ensure you're at optimal health, aside from basic exercise and healthy diet.
