What's the really fucking difference between these two?
Both are very similar characters. But while Guin is well beloved by the fandom, Shaddiq is probably the least liked character in WfM. He's so disliked that he inadvertently affected the sales of his suit's own model kit. Like, if it's just because the villain, then that would make sense since that just means the writers are doing their jobs. But people don't like him because he's "getting in the way of SuleMio". Is that the real reason, or is it something else.
Personally, I think Shaddiq is a great character because he has a point. He wants to get rid the Benerit Group, because they had a choke hold on Earth for too long. And he's not wrong with amount of shit the eggs benedict grub did has do to the Earth. I just find him as interesting as Guin.
