Nick Sciba is the all-time kicking accuracy record holder in college football. He filled in for the steelers for one game (was perfect) and played in the USFL (12/13 FGs) last year.

In his CFB+pro career he is 94/104 on FGs and 211/212 on PATs. He admittedly doesn't have a super strong leg, but did hit a 56 yarder last year.
