How did this Zeta interrupt the block string?

Observe how at the end of the clip 2B does her H,H attack string. Zeta then interrupts it with her armor special move.

How did she do this?

I went into training and set 2B to spam H. I then spammed the special and from what I can tell 2B's H is a true block string.
