Alias is sending back my hoodie for “craftsmanship”

My sp5der hoodie sold on GOAT and was shipped to Alias and now it’s saying that it is being returned due to “craftsmanship” which I don’t get because it was never opened and came straight from the Sp5der website so if anyone wants to buy a Sp5der hoodie message me cause this honestly pissed me off
