What kind of engineers are actually lacking in Germany?

I see that a lot of people can’t find IT related jobs and that people say that the actual shortage is in healthcare and teaching.

But what are some jobs that are actually there?

Side question: I am an electronics engineer in the automotive field, is that also crowded? I do development of hardware for electric vehicles or regular vehicles
