The thing on the carpet?

Earring? My thought in why they zoomed in on it: the kids will be at the main house with the nanny during the funeral and one of the babies will pick it up and put it in their mouth and choke. Amelia possibly so Willow will feel all guilty 🤷🏼‍♀️

Ok I thought it was just a wet spot too but you know they wouldn't be that obvious.
