When did you first get exposed to pornography?

I'm curious about the average age of exposure to pornography for Gen Z and the other members of this sub. Personally, I remember being around 6 years old when I first visited a porn website. I simply searched for "naked girls" and spent an hour or two browsing a sketchy website before going to bed (No viruses or pop-ups though, I was smart enough to do a Malwarebytes scan after). After that, I watched porn on and off for a few years until I hit puberty. In fact, I was upset that I wasn't developed enough to actually engage in it "properly". I would try, and nothing would happen, so I'd get upset and stop until trying again the following month. I vividly recall the night of my 12th birthday when I found out I could finally do it, after years of waiting and anticipation. I ended up overdoing it to the point it hurt for the rest of the week, iirc. Since then, I've essentially been watching porn daily until a couple weeks ago.

I regret getting into pornography at such a young age and deliberately trying to "speed up" my development because I hated feeling left out of this supposedly great experience. It couldn't have been good for me mentally because by the time I could fully engage in it, I already found the "vanilla" content boring. So I kind of got right into hardcore and fetish content from the start.

Despite this, I don't regret my parents giving me free internet access. I was smart and well-behaved enough to avoid falling victim to predators and the internet helped me learn about the world, other cultures, history, politics, and more, so overall, I feel it was beneficial. I only regret the pornography aspect.

Did any of you get into adult content at an earlier age than you should have (Ofc but I ask anyway)? I'm particularly interested in hearing from anyone who started around the same age as me. I've met very few people who did; most seem to have been exposed between the ages of 8 and 11.
